Is personal information transferred outside of the European Union?

Yes, personal information in relation to Registered Users and customers located in the EU may be transferred outside of the EU in 2 main situations:

User data is uploaded to and stored on our secure servers located in the USA which are maintained by WEBNX. WEBNX has extensive expertise in protecting data, championing privacy, and complying with complex regulations, thereby helping to support Online Education's compliance with the requirements of the GDPR.

In most instances, personal data we collect from all our students and leads (including those living in the EU) is collected, accessed and managed by our international operations and student support teams across the world. Online Education Pty. Limited has implemented standard contractual clauses to cover the transfer of data relevant to EU students for all staff associated with the organization. We uphold very strict principles to ensure that all employees and contractors adhere to the utmost level of confidentiality and privacy regarding all students enrolled in our courses.
